Questions people ask
- Will my users really talk to a bot?
- It is short, works on a phone, needs no login, and they can stop whenever they like. We measure completion rate and publish it on this page once we have a hundred interviews.
- Can't I do this with ChatGPT?
- You can write good questions with it. You cannot have it run twenty conversations with other people while you sleep and hand you the transcripts.
- Is it private?
- Participants give two separate consents (take part; allow quotes). Every participant gets a delete link. Studies are deleted 90 days after their last activity. Details: /privacy.
